Acceptable Use Policy

Why this exists

The Service is built for thoughtful, individual exploration of astrology — your own charts, your own questions, your own research. This policy describes what isn’t allowed. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and respectful of others. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

You will not

  • Harass, threaten, or harm any person through the Service or content generated with it. This includes targeted harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or sustained intimidation.
  • Defame any identifiable living person by presenting astrological interpretation as fact rather than opinion. Astrological interpretation is opinion under U.S. and most other jurisdictions’ law; treat it that way and frame it that way.
  • Predict harm to identifiable persons. Do not use the Service to assert when someone will die, be injured, develop illness, lose money, or experience other adverse events as a factual prediction. The Service will refuse such queries; do not attempt to circumvent those refusals.
  • Use the Service to provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, etc.) to third parties unless you are independently licensed to do so and the Service output is clearly framed as supplementary interpretive material.
  • Submit data you don’t have rights to. Birth data of identifiable third parties without their consent is generally permitted for personal research, but not for publication, redistribution, or commercial profiling.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data, charts, or AI responses from the Service for use outside it, by any means including automation, headless browsers, or session multiplication.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls, attempt to access another user’s account or data, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a documented responsible-disclosure process.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, training data, model prompts, or rubric internals from the Service.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any export-control or sanctions law.
  • Resell access to the Service or wrap it in a derivative product without our written permission.

AI output framing

Any astrological interpretation generated by the Service is opinion, not fact. If you publish, share, or repeat an interpretation outside the Service — including on social media, in newsletters, or in client work — you are responsible for framing it as opinion / interpretation, not as a factual statement about the subject of the chart. We require this; it is a condition of use.

Reporting abuse

If you encounter or experience a violation of this policy on the Service, email admin@insightsbyomkar.com with subject line “Abuse report.” Include the URL, a description, and any context that will help us investigate.

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion: refuse to render a particular response; suspend or terminate accounts; delete violating content; cooperate with law enforcement; pursue civil remedies. Where reasonably possible we will give notice before terminating an account, but we may act without notice for serious violations or when reasonably required to protect the Service or others.

Updates

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page.
